Boutique Cat Hotel
Our stylish cat hotel is situated in the heart of beautiful Waterkloof Ridge. The hotel is boutique with 9 large garden chalets, 11 large indoor cottages, 4 medium chalets & 5 cabins. Each chalet & cabin are equipped with a variety of custom built levels to relax on, hide away areas, a natural scratching pole and a private sand box unit. The chalets, cottages & cabins open into a beautiful enclosed indoor garden and open air catios. Each feline guest will get the opportunity to enjoy and play in the garden during the day.
During winter months we close up the hotel with quality outdoor blinds and heaters are switched on during the very cold nights.
Our priority is creating a home away from home ensuring that each feline guest receives the highest personalised care, love, attention and stimulation whilst you are away.
You can access our fee structure by clicking on the button below. All bookings must be settled 7 days before check-in. Bookings over Easter weekend and bookings between 15 December and 5 January must be paid in full 6 weeks in advance. Included in our fee is Royal Canin Exigent Dry food, fresh water, cat litter & tray and lots of love and attention. You are welcome to provide your own food and/or just soft food and treats.
Our check-in and out times are Monday - Sunday 07h30 - 17h45.
Viewing of our facility can be arranged and is done by appointment only.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Our hotel is cleaned and disinfected daily and deep cleaned once a week as hygiene and cleanliness are of utmost importance to ensure a disease free Cat Hotel. We make use of pine gel for our general cleaning, VET recommended F10 Disinfectant and Pro-Bac Stain and Odour remover for urine spot cleaning.
A good quality litter is used and litter tray/s are available in each unit and cleaned 3 times per day.
Each feline guests will get a daily formal health check-up to ensure we pick-up early warning signs and act on it immediately.
Important, strictly no medication will be given to your pet without your consent. Owners will always be contacted in case on any health concern. We will however act immediately in case of a life / death situation. We make use of Monument Park Vet that is nearby our Cat Hotel.
VACCINATIONS REQUIRED:
To ensure that your furry child/ren and all our feline guests are protected and safe, vaccination must be up to date and cats should be vaccinated at least 10 days BEFORE arrival. The following vaccinations / treatments are required:
- Annual Core Booster (3/4 in 1) vaccine must be given at least 10 days before check-in, this vaccine is valid for 12 months.
- Rabies (R) vaccine must be given at least 10days before check-in, this vaccine is valid for 24 months.
These vaccinations are valid for one year. Deworming and flea/tick treatment prior to arrival is also required.
You will be asked for a copy of your cat(s) vaccination booklet before arrival.
