Fee Structure - Dog Hotel & Day Care
Please note that our fee is calculated as a rate per day. Your dog(s)'s space / bed is exclusively booked for your dog for the entire day that he / she will be visiting irrespective of the time checking-in or checking-out.

Note that the sleepover Check-out day is however billed as a reduced daycare day and not the full sleepover fee.

Our dog hotel is open for check-ins or check-outs Monday to Sunday from 06h30 - 18h00. We do however prefer all sleepover check-ins to arrive before 14h00. This will give the dog(s) time to settle-in before bedtime.

All viewings are done by appointment only.

Important: Payments are due before check-in. Days not used will be credited to your account.
Please use the invoice number as payment reference and please remember to email your proof of payment to admin@filaandfloyd.co.za. Our accounting function is outsourced and our admin team does not have access to the day to day bank transactions. They can only allocate payments after receiving a valid POP.

DOG HOTEL OVERNIGHT STAY
1 Dog - R192 per sleepover day, R 120 for checkout day.
2 Dogs from the same family - R 330 per sleepover day (R165 per dog), R 240 for check-out day (R120 per dog)
3 Dogs from the same family - R 450 per sleepover day (R150 per dog), R360 for check-out day (R120 per dog)
4 Dogs from the same family - R 580 per day (R145 per dog), R480 for check-out day (R120 per dog).
Due to the big variety of dog food on the market, we prefer your dog to stay on its own diet to prevent an upset tummy due to change in food. The above fee thus does not include food, we do however give daily healthy treats if it is allowed, unlimited fresh water, warm cozy beds, free roaming space, toys and lots of love & cuddles.

16 – 21 days - 12% discount

EASTER FRIDAY & MONDAY, CHRISTMAS DAY AND NEW YEAR EVE SURCHARGE

We highly appreciate our caretakers who are always committed to give your pets the best possible care. They are committed to the same level of care 365 days of the year and on all special public holidays. To show our appreciation we would like to spoil them a little extra on these holidays. There will be a R20 surcharge per booking for Easter Friday, Easter Monday, 24th December, 25th December and 31st of Dec. This budget will be used exclusively to make the day special for the team on duty.

WINTER WARMER SURCHARGE

We have heaters in all the spaces to ensure that the dogs sleep warm and cozy. To help us cover the expenses of additional electricity we will have a R5 heater surcharge per booking per night from 1 June until 15 Aug.

Our packages never expire, booking confirmation is however subject to availability.
Families can buy 1 package and use it for multiple dogs.
Our day care is open 7 days a week from 06h30 – 18h00.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
This discount is specific for multi-pet families (cats and dogs). We offer an 12% discount on your total bill over and above any long stay discount. To qualify for this discount, your booking must include sleep overs for at least 3 pets, including cats and dogs from the same family.
